Your gift tickets will arrive presented in a gift card, with space for your personal message and an envelope.
If you are purchasing gift tickets for multiple recipients and require more than one gift card and envelope please indicate this by filling out the 'add instructions for seller' tab on the basket check out page. Otherwise all tickets will be sent in one gift card.

Gift Tickets are NOT redeemable online.
If you select our click and collect option for your tickets, they MUST be collected within 2 MONTHS of purchase
Once you have purchased a Gift Ticket and have received confirmation, please allow approximately 10 days for the Gift Ticket to arrive by post.
Delivery may be longer around busy periods such as Christmas. We shall not be held liable for any delays in delivery once dispatched. Last posting date for Christmas 2024 is the 16th December, Orders received after this date may not arrive in time for Christmas
Special Offer Gift Tickets are valid until 31st March 2025 from the date of fulfilment. The expiry date will be clearly displayed on the front of the Gift Ticket.
Gift Tickets cannot be exchanged for cash value and are not for resale.
