DELIVERY

We aim to send orders within 5 working days but this is not always possible.  We use Royal Mail for delivery and can't guarantee the delivery date. When you place your order we will send you an order confirmation via the email address you give us when ordering. If you choose to come to the zoo to collect your order we will send you an email to let you know when it's ready.  

As a conservation organisation we try to use environmentally responsible packaging where we can. Please note that this means that sometimes your order may be packaged in re-used packaging. 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Following decisions taken by our main couriers and while assessing the current situation we regret that we are not currently providing an international delivery option online, and are delivering to Mainland UK only.  This situation is under review so please check back in the near future.
