This beautiful leather effect bookmark used to be an apple!!

Made in Europe from the waste pulp and skins of apple juice production, this leather like material is tough and durable and when backed on to recyclable cork, as we have done. it makes a fantastic bookmark. 

This bookmark showcase one of our stunning Caribbean Flamingoes, the flamingos’ notoriously-colored plumage is a result of their diet. Their brilliant red, hot pinks, corals and oranges come from the carotenoid pigments in the algae and in some of the crustaceans that the birds eat (similar to the pigment in carrots).
