Available in £5.00, £10.00, £20.00 and £50.00 values, for use when purchasing zoo admissions and in all of our on site shops, restaurants and kiosks, our gift vouchers are the perfect way to purchase those extra treats for your animal lovers on their visit.
Your gift vouchers will arrive presented in a gift card, with space for your personal message and an envelope.
If you are purchasing gift vouchers for multiple recipients and require more than one gift card and envelope please indicate this by filling out the 'add instructions for seller' tab on the basket check out page. Otherwise all vouchers will be sent in one gift card.
Terms and conditions:
Gift Vouchers are NOT redeemable online.
If you select our click and collect option for your vouchers, they MUST be collected within 2 MONTHS of purchase
Once you have purchased a Gift Voucher and have received confirmation, please allow approximately 10 days for the Gift Voucher to arrive by post.
Delivery may be longer around busy periods such as Christmas. We shall not be held liable for any delays in delivery once dispatched.
Gift Vouchers are valid for up to 2 calendar years from the date of fulfilment. The expiry date will be clearly displayed on the front of the Gift Voucher.
Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash value and are not for resale.
Gift Vouchers can be used for full or part payment of purchases in our restaurants, cafes, shops or for admissions into the Zoo. Please note that no change can be given.
