Rothschild Giraffe Apple Skin Keyring

£3.99
Type: Collectable

This fabulous leather look keyring used to be an apple! yes, an apple!

Made from the leftover pulp and skins that are a by product of apple juice manufacturing. This durable waterproof material has a natural leather like texture and looks fantastic when printed with our amazing animal photography. We're even giving you an extra treat with two photos on each keyring (one either side).

Most subspecies of Giraffe are born with two horn-like structures on their heads, these are known as ossicones and grow to about 13 centimetres long. However Rothschild's giraffe have a further three horns, one small one on their forehead and a further small pair behind their ears.

Females have thin ossicones with tufts of hair on the top, whereas males tend to have thicker horns that are bald on top, due to fighting.

We're a not for profit. Every penny you spend contributes to our vital conservation work.
